The advantages of hydraulic
and mechanical attributes - married into one press
 
The core of the Leinhaas Press Technology is its hydro-mechanical drive system.

This system allows an automatic optimal adjustment of the slide-speed to the individual phases of each cycle (down-stroke,
work-stroke, up-stroke)

The reversing of the motion in the lower dead-center can be adjusted independently from travel and pressure. Cycles are repeated with +/- 0.01 mm accuracy.
 
Through continuous motorized shut height adjustment, the die position can be altered to accommodate various different tool sizes

The Leinhaas-Advantages:

   -no gas springs needed with dies
