Coil Reel with Straightener-Feeder
Common Applications:
- efficiently utilizing limited floor space
- handling even large material cross sections and high coil weights w/o a long loop
- processing of materials with less critical surfaces
- material processing with medium progressions and press cycle speeds
Typical Configuration:
- Pay-off Reel with variable speed drive and ultrasonic loop control
- Straightener-Feeder with threading system, servo drive and motion controller
- full size under-coil loop containment box

- hydraulic coil car, including travel feature for Coil Reel for coil pick-up and centering
- peripheral guarding with electrical interlock
- loop between Coil Reel and Straightener-Feeder with optional looping pit for faster applications with longer progressions
