Layout Line I:- pay-off reel with loop control
(not on photo) - straightener with flange connected slitting unit
- stacking table for blanks
- looping pit with loop bridge
- strip braking system before powered recoiler
Layout Line II: - pay-off jack reel with loop control
- station with straightener with threading system, slitting unit and cropping shear
- stacking table with exit-mounted guide pulley for looping when operating as slitting line only
- station with strip brake, spacer rings and recoiler (not visible on photo)
